Climbing Frames Warranty & Spare Parts

Our supply of climbing frame spare parts is for warranty claims only. If you need to claim parts under warranty please email us at with the following information

  1. Proof of purchase showing the date you bought the product. This is usually a paper receipt or an order confirmation email. Please note the warranty period for most items is 1 year and covers manufacturing faults only. Please refer to your instruction manual for more information.
  2. A description of the part you need, ideally with the official part name and number from the instructions. If you are unsure please send images and a description and we should be able to work out which part you require.
  3. If claiming for a damaged part, we require images of the damage and of the complete product for our assessment.
  4. Your address/the address you want replacement parts to be sent to.

We will aim to respond to you within 1 working day, although at busy periods please allow 2 working days.
