- Proof of purchase showing the date you bought the product. This is usually a paper receipt or an order confirmation email. Please note the warranty period for most items is 1 year and covers manufacturing faults only. Please refer to your instruction manual for more information.
- A description of the part you need, ideally with the official part name and number from the instructions. If you are unsure please send images and a description and we should be able to work out which part you require.
- If claiming for a damaged part, we require images of the damage and of the complete product for our assessment.
- Your address/the address you want replacement parts to be sent to.
